Domestic orders placed before 1:00 pm EST are typically shipped the same day. After 1:00 pm EST, orders are shipped the following business day.
International orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and extended territories) are subject to next-day processing and actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Please call customer service for orders shipping outside the contiguous United States. Rush orders? North East USA Distributors LLC dba Helium & Balloons offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select for an additional cost.
Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct otherwise. Orders under $300 – Shipping charges are added to the order. Orders over $300 – Prepaid freight with some exceptions. Please verify with customer service on heavy or bulky items. Extra charges will apply for any ground service orders requesting lift gate or inside delivery.
Standard 18” foil balloons are generally subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 per style. Latex 12″ minimum order quantity of 12 per style. All other merchandise is sold as individual units unless otherwise noted in the item description. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.
